It is an ad made by Estrella Damm, a local beer brand that tells a story that might happen in one of our tours that come to my hair to tell what happens on our tours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yd5NuHrb_Ys\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In this video, they play with the word &#8220;OK.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>What happens in the video<\/strong> is that a Spaniard tries to explain to an attractive foreigner what the word &#8220;Vale&#8221; means in English. An insider appears and says that \u201cVale\u201d simply means \u201cok\u201d.\u00a0 But what the local wants to transmit is that a word means every little or big experience you remember you had when using the word.\u00a0 &#8220;Vale&#8221; is a very permissive word that a Spaniard uses when they propose him to do something to have fun or to do anything. He says &#8220;Vale&#8221;. The movie is saying that if you are a foreigner and begin to say &#8220;Vale&#8221; instead of Ok it means you begin to think and enjoy like a local. And this is the purpose.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #90303d; padding: 10px; text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"color: white; font-size: 24px;\">Storytelling is very important in our wine tours from Madrid. Or said in fewer words that <strong>you feel like a local surrounded by friends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Wine storytelling is a beautiful activity.<\/h2>\n<p>My relationship with wine tourism is a relationship of falling in love with a sector that was not part of my life 20 years ago. But here I am. And I wonder why I love stories well told.<\/p>\n<p>I always say there are:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Two sectors in which storytelling is more appreciated.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>1) The movies<\/strong>. In the movies, they can tell you very <a title=\"beautiful stories\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2019\/12\/03\/we-love-to-hear-beautiful-stories-with-a-glass-of-wine-in-hand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">beautiful stories<\/a> and they have even contests like the Hollywood Oscars, The cinema allows you to find and listen to beautiful stories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) The <a title=\"winery sell\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2019\/11\/26\/visits-to-the-winery-to-sell-wine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wine sector and visits to wineries<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But<\/strong> I would say that <strong><a title=\"visiting wineries\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2019\/11\/26\/visits-to-the-winery-to-sell-wine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">visiting wineries<\/a> is even much better<\/strong> than the movie sector. Because <strong>in the movies<\/strong> they are telling you in most of cases stories that are <strong>only in the mind of the scriptwriter<\/strong> and there are actors that pretend they are living specific situations that are just invented by the scriptwriter.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>world of wine<\/strong>, we don&#8217;t need actors. We need people who speak from their hearts. They tell us about what they have done to make good wines, and the obstacles they had to achieve it. They tell you a compelling story.<\/p>\n<p>In the world of wine, <strong>nobody<\/strong> becomes <strong>a millionaire from one day to the next<\/strong>. It is <strong>very different from<\/strong> what can happen on <strong>Wall Street.<\/strong> Winemakers know that part of the name of the game is being<strong>\u00a0in the hands of nature.<\/strong> They show, more than anything, <strong>their love for what they do<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You listen to their story and if you like the story you know you are going to <a title=\"wineries near madrid\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2020\/04\/03\/a-wine-tasting-from-madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">taste great wines<\/a>. Then you <a title=\"centuries ago\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2019\/11\/26\/drinking-wine-5-centuries-ago-in-ribera-del-duero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">drink their wines<\/a>, and <strong>you imagine that everything they said is in the glass that you are drinking.
