Toro&#8217;s wines are sensational. In the past, it was said that they were too powerful. They just needed to get in touch with the international market and realize that they needed to tame and soften their wines. And they do it like that.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you are lucky enough to go during your wine party the experience can be even better.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">What you will find in Toro.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9VpM79YHKJo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">The best Bodegas de Toro in its bullring<\/h2>\n<p>They use their tiny bullring for their wine festival. It is already little used for bullfights. It is worth taking a guided tour. They look like me to me and I have that luck). This man was from Texas and was a great <a title=\"wine lover\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2020\/04\/15\/3-day-trips-from-madrid-for-wine-lovers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wine lover<\/a>. By his profession, he had a great knowledge of the types of stone and geology.<\/p>\n<p>Because one thing that happens to us is that we put everything in our power so that people enjoy the activity to the fullest,<\/p>\n<p>And many of them who come to tell some amazing stories. For us, it is a life experience, which often does not end when the tour ends.<\/p>\n<p>This happened with this man.<\/p>\n<p>His first intention was to go on <a title=\"Ribera del Duero tour\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/tours\/ribera-del-duero-wine-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a tour of Ribera del Duero<\/a> but at the hotel, they convinced him to come with us. That he would not be wrong.<\/p>\n<p>And I think he was not wrong. And neither are we with him.<\/p>\n<h2>How beautiful are the prescriptions when you read them later!<\/h2>\n<p>He wrote a <a title=\"at Toro wine festival\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.es\/ShowUserReviews-g187514-d4040458-r277094383-Winebus-Madrid.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">beautiful review<\/a> and what they put after finishing the tour about our tours is actually our best prize<\/p>\n<p>Thank you very much Mr. Bogardus<\/p>\n<p>The plaza experience was incredible.<\/p>\n<p>We speak to<a title=\"winemakers\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2019\/08\/23\/my-experiences-with-winemakers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> winemakers<\/a>. Winegrowers, all kinds of local people. For the wine festival many people come to town. We went to visit the <a title=\"Collegiate Church of Toro\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Collegiate_church_of_Santa_Mar%C3%ADa_la_Mayor_(Toro)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Collegiate Church<\/a> and there I did have a bad time because an expert in geology began asking me questions that had never been asked before.<\/p>\n<p>Next to the <a title=\"segovia cathedral\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2019\/11\/26\/the-segovia-cathedral-tower\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Collegiate Church<\/a>, there is an impressive viewpoint. It was there that they explained to us how the battle of Toro was with a young Fernando de Arag\u00f3n, defending the interests of <a title=\"fernando and isabel\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2020\/07\/04\/isabel-and-fernando-first-kings-of-spain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Isabel de Castilla<\/a>, his wife, in which he finally defeated Juana la Beltraneja and the kingdom of Portugal who aspired to the throne of Castilla.<\/p>\n<p>It was on this occasion that Fernando could begin to show his skills for war and the empire and the great team that Fernando and Isabel began to be created.<\/p>\n<h2>Cheese Museum in Toro and other wineries<\/h2>\n<p>Our <a title=\"wine and cheese\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2020\/05\/08\/wine-and-cheese-tour-from-madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wine tours<\/a> are also wine food tours.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon we went to the Chill\u00f3n <a title=\"wine and cheese tour\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2020\/05\/08\/wine-and-cheese-tour-from-madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cheese museum<\/a>, which is a delight and then to the <a title=\"Pagos del Vicario\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2015\/03\/30\/to-bodegas-pago-del-vicario-and-the-windmills-of-consuegra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pagos del<\/a> Rey wine museum, located 4 km from Toro.<\/p>\n<p>We were sorry to miss Bodegas Liberalia, Bodegas El\u00edas Mora, Bodegas Fari\u00f1a, 3 fantastic wineries, each with its own style. For example, <a title=\"hotel ribera del duero\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2020\/05\/11\/best-hotels-in-ribera-del-duero-el-lagar-de-isilla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bodegas Valbusenda<\/a> with a fantastic Boutique hotel to enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>Come to Toro. At the <a title=\"wine fair\" href=\"https:\/\/www.winebus.es\/en\/2019\/06\/07\/english-wine-fair-in-ribera-del-duero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">wine fair<\/a> or outside the fair.
