How do Agents/Tour Operators book?
- Winebus will provide the agent/tour operator with access to a complete system in which they can see all the information on the Wine tours as well as their availability in real time.
- The agent/tour operator must provide the system with the client’s data and make payment for the reservation through Paypal or bank card.
- Once payment has been made, the reservation is automatically confirmed, the client will receive all the information about their reservation and the Wine Tour in their email.
- The sale and the agent/tour operator’s commission will be automatically recorded in the system and can be consulted at any time, as well as the entire sales history.
- The system has cancellation management if necessary as well as direct communication with the Winebus administration.
Standard program
This is the standard program of Winebus Wine Tours. The schedules are approximate:
- 10 a.m. Departure from Madrid
- 12 a.m. Visit to the Winery and tasting of several wines.
- 2:00 p.m. End of visit to the Winery.
- 3 p.m. Lunch
- 4:30 p.m. afternoon activity

- Normally you cannot reserve more than 1 month in advance because the places visited do not allow it.

- They will always adjust to the standard program but without knowing the wineries or the city to be visited until 2 or 3 weeks before the tour date, at which time Winebus will inform the client of the final Tour program.

- We propose a wine tour with a touch of adventure. We will visit an attractive winery with good wines and a nice story to tell. We can go from Madrid, towards the north, towards the south, towards the east or the west. Because we have wineries to visit in the 4 cardinal points. After eating we will do an afternoon activity. Visiting a medieval city is the same as seeing a beautiful landscape or a cathedral, a castle. We want to be moved by what we visit and the stories they tell us. And after that visit we try to end with a toast to congratulate each other on the day we have lived together. We want you to not only like the winery and its wines, but also what we eat and what we will experience in the rest of the trip and we will try to have a glass of wine in our hand as much as we can. And we will try to get them to tell us nice stories because all the wines have a nice story behind them. And the beautiful stories are even more beautiful if you have a glass of wine in your hand.
